Week 1 03/12/2011
 
It's been an interesting week of food :) I was sick (still kind of am) and defiantly had some junk food days :/. Hoping next week I will do better :)

Week's Exercise: 4 flights of stairs at least 4 times a day, went to the park Thursday and Friday and ran after the kids. And we got Xbox Kinect and played both Dance party and the Adventure one :)
